He started his plumbing apprenticeship in 2003 and has over 20 years’ hands-on experience across residential maintenance, renovations, and civil works. Brett is a Master Plumbers member and Backflow Australia member — and the person on the other end of the line when you call at 2 am with a burst pipe.His approach is straightforward: friendly, honest plumbing that gets the job done properly the first time. Outside of work, he’s a father of three who loves getting away on family holidays.

Garth Patterson is a co-founder and Director of Triple Eight Plumbing. He completed his apprenticeship in Marlo and spent years working across Australia on mining and gas infrastructure before settling in Melbourne. He holds a Cert IV in Plumbing and is a fully licensed plumber with 20+ years’ experience.Garth is a Nu Flow franchise partner — a no-dig pipe relining system that repairs damaged drains without excavation, saving homeowners significant time and cost. As Garth puts it: “We have built our business on results and relationships.” A father and keen fisherman, Garth believes great plumbing starts with understanding the problem properly before picking up a tool.
